Hi, I have a timeline in Looker Studio. The linked Google Sheet has categories appearing in the correct order I want them to appear. However, the categories show the Row Label Parent in an order based on dates instead of how I want them to appear in the Google Sheet in the same order I extracted from the Jira timeline. I don't see a "Change Sorting" option in Looker Studio's Chart Setup tab. (I saw an older Data Studio tutorial that showed that option online.) Can I change how to sort Row Labels to view by category titles instead of seeing parents arranged in some possible date or alphabetical order? Thanks.

Thanks, Sam8. My coworker resolved the issue by removing a dimension from the Sort field. Our default template, created by a colleague, had the Parent dimension in the Sort field by default. Once my coworker removed it from the Sort field in the Setup panel, the Row Labels appeared in the desired order from the linked Google Sheet (connected to the Looker Studio report). Thanks again.
Hi there!
Have you tried using the Sort option in the Setup panel?
