I have a new website and trying to build the Looker report for it (all seems ok with that). When I come to do a comparison of new vs total vs active users it seems that ALL of the users to the site are classed as new. I know I have visit it a few times per day so I would expect to see some variance.

I have have a filter set on each chart (it makes sure that the statistics being viewed are from a specific page):
Not sure if we have missed something in configuring the site for GA4 or if I am expecting something that isn't correct in Looker Studio
