Unable to Send Email Error

A day ago i stopped receiving looker studio reports.

When troubleshooting, i tried the send now button and got an error saying "unable to send email"

I have another looker account which is working fine. It seems to be this account specifically with an issue.

How do i fix troubleshoot or fix this?

If someone from looker support can please follow up as soon as possible.

+1 same issue in my company. Pls help to fix it.

This is effecting all of our dashboards as well. It seems intermittent. We were having problems in early November. Then they started coming through again. Now no one in our organization has received an email from Looker since 12/21. We've investigated and this is not a firewall or spam related issue.

07/01/2025 The problem still persists.

+1 same to my company (+500 monthly reports). Very confusing.

The issue is persistant and random.
I made some statistics with 2 differents accounts about the quantity of report sent every day, at each schedule hour. The graphics speak for themselves ... and Google is still silent.

Aside from choosing another solution, I don't really see what the alternative is.
