Hello
We created a staff directory and when we go to share it I select Share and then is the link setting I have it set to "public" Anyone on the internet with the link can find and view. I copy the link and our users are getting " We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service".
Any ideas?
Thank you
Hmm, not sure. Did you make sure to get the "Sharable Link"? https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/7459147
same 😞
Are you sure that Looker Studio access has been enabled by the admin for all users in your organization? (or at least the users in the OU that need access).
Thank you the reply back. This is interesting. I have the service enabled in our domain for a portion of our staff who is created the staff directory for our school district. I was hoping to just share the staff directory as Public "Anyone on the internet with the link can find and view" but that does not work for the other staff in our domain but is works as a non- domain users. So it looks like as you said the service has to be on to view this item if they are in our Google doamin.
Thanks again!
Warren
