When I click to insert a image file, there is no response, but it worked before. I tried different browsers and private browsing, to no avail, but my overseas colleagues worked. PLZ HELP ME !
I'm having some difficulty reproducing the behavior that you describe - can you try dragging and dropping an image from your browser or hard drive onto the report to see if that method works?

Can you tell me how you dragged and dropped? I am having the same issue with inserting an image as everyone else. I tried dragging and dropping as well and the image just pops up in another tab and doesn't actually go in my report. What are the steps for drag and drop?
I have exactly the same problem, impossible to drag and drop in the report and the image insertion button is unusuable despite changing browser, to private browsing or chrome updating. Can you explain please ?
Having the same problem also. The button is non-responsive. Copy & pasting doesn't work and dropping and dragging doesn't work. Congrats to the Looker Team for making the most simple task impossible.
