Someone has left the company and I cannot change the ownership nor can I copy the connection. I cannot see the tables added to recreate

If you are a Google Workspace & Cloud Identity admin, you can transfer ownership to another user by following the instructions on the Delete or remove a user from your organization documentation page
It may be a simple configuration issue. I have requested a permission and once approved I can verify. It just seemed odd that this one was the only one I could not change to my credentials.
We have this same issue with a client. The owner of the dashboard left the company and we don't think it was properly transferred (it's been about 30 days now).
Is there any way to recover / find that dashboard?
