data preview not matching available data

I'm using a drop-down list control to view data by Client Name. My sample data has 10 Clients, the data preview shows all 10 Clients, but when I open the drop-down list control, only 8 are showing. 

I removed all metrics, dates, filters, and it should show the top 5000.

In the data preview, I can see all 10 Clients.

In the drop-down, I'm only seeing 8 clients. How to I get data for all 10 clients?

Are there any other filters on the page? Filters can apply to other filters. Perhaps another filter is filtering your list of clients from 10 to 8.
