I would like to use my reports as a part of a validation process. 

Idealy, i imagine this :

On my report, a check box and/or a text field in which the viewer is abble to check if the data are in line. when checked, the box stay checked for other viewers, unless they unchecked it, the text can also be edited (with or without keeping the former comment)

Is there something in looker studio who can do this?

That's a cool use case, but I don't think it'll be possible!

Looker Studio is a window into your data, but what you're describing would be editing existing data or adding new data to your data source. Looker Studio doesn't support either of these.
