Add Group Header Rows

Hello Looker Community!
I was wondering if there is a way to add a group header row in looker. What I mean by this is to have some headers above the columns in a table to organize the columns into sections.  I have attached a screenshot example I created in excel to show what I mean. Does anyone know of a way to implement this in a looker dashboard or table?
