Can a SQL Runner query make changes to a database?

Hi All, just new to Looker does SQL Runner access the database directly and if yes can it make changes to a table. Want to avoid running any queries that would impact the tables in the database.

Hey @Tr98G! Yes, SQL Runner queries can change the database. Be careful with any DDL statements you write there.
