Conditionally format each cell based on a Table Calculation

Hello,

Is it possible to conditionally format each cell in a table (with a Pivot Field),  based on the output of a table calculation ?

I want to format only the minimum value cell in a tabular report like the one shown below, since the values change dynamically based on the filters, identifying the min value was only possible using Table calculations.

But once this value is available, how do I use it on each cell to highlight only the one with minimum value ?

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Unfortunately you can't write HTML directly in table calculations - the closest thing I can think of to a solution here is to use an emoji image (e.g. a red circle or something) to flag the lowest value in your data.

An update on this: I was able to partially solve this using conditional formatting with the following settings. It works fine in my case, but there are times when it highlights more than one cell when values are very close to each other.
