Dividing between two values in a table

Hello,

I have a table with two columns (with data pulled from Google Analytics): event action and total events. 

I’d like to divide the total events in the submit row by the total events in the pageview row to calculate submit rate automatically (so, 19,796 / 663,177). Have been stuck on this, would appreciate your help. Thanks!
