Logic not working

I can't see my current shift logic working and stops all the time. In the column where it has to come 1 for current date its coming zero. My results are in this format - 2025-04-23T06:00:00+00:00. I am also attaching my logic's snap shot. I have also tried using the date time type but its not working either.
