I’m most looking forward to hearing the keynote about how generative AI is being used to drive creativity and improve productivity in Gmail, Docs, and other Google Workspace solutions.

A close second is the conversation with Google Workspace partners SADA and AODocs: “Return to office or remote work forever: A conversation on the future of hybrid work.” What are your opinions on this topic? Remote work forever? Return to office? Curious to hear everyone’s thoughts 🙂

This is awesome @Lauren_vdv !!! So so excited for the Summit this month!!

All of the sessions sounds really interesting. If I had to choose a couple - I am really looking forward to: "Driving cultural transformation with a multigenerational workforce"  - really interested to hear more about how IT leaders are attracting the future generation of our workforce. I'm also excited for, Empowering your frontline workforce as a strategic advantage" - this is a crucial topic and looking forward to hearing from Autogrill and Akron on how they are doing this.

Super interesting session happening now during the Workspace Summit "Driving cultural transformation with a multigenerational workforce"

Here's the event description: Whatever the future holds, attracting and empowering the next generation will be key to success. Today, we’re at an inflection point where the majority of leaders in decision-making roles are millennials, those born after 1980, who work alongside multigenerational teams. How are IT and business leaders making decisions that empower these teams and anticipate the needs of future generations? Join this session to hear from TELUS and the US Navy’s Naval Sea Systems Command, two organizations at the forefront of driving culture change.

Interesting discussion during the Security session around the balance between security and the end user experience.

@fopitz is spot on: "Security and usability / user acceptance need to be kept in the right balance. And the smaller attack surface the used system has, the better. That's why Google Workspace (and lots of other Google services) follow a strict cloud-first, browser-first (and typically minimal deployment) approach. That helps a lot in tackling many security challenges by design. Also the reason why we have seen zero successful Ransomware attacks with customers using Google Workspace and Chrome(OS).

Community - how do you think about this balance at your organization? tips? tricks?
