Updated default setting of Edit action's desktop behavior to "Open a form"
Previously this defaulted to Edit in place However this meant that if the desktop mode was enabled in an existing app that had configured specific form behaviors, these behaviors would appear to no longer be working (because editing was no longer opening the form). We have received many bug reports that could be attributed to this change in default behavior. As such, for existing apps that don't already have desktop mode enabled (so the setting is not yet in effect), this change will reset the behavior to "Open a form". However, apps with desktop mode already enabled will retain the behavior that is currently in effect.

The new desktop design, currently in preview, is optimized for desktop browsers, presenting a more complete view of information with a consistent organization and structure. The new desktop design lets users navigate their apps more easily and access information in context, and provides an efficient way to edit existing records without losing context. The legacy desktop design, enabled by default, provides an experience similar to the mobile and tablet device.
