Stop redirecting to Home on reload of a new app. Right now if you create a new app, and then refresh the tab while on a page that isn't Home it takes you to Home. This is now fixed.
However, this behavior may still be present in favorite links to apps, shared links, and so on. Those should be updated to the link that will be redirected to when the old broken link is clicked.
