Hi @Jason_Bennett have you checked your Spam folder to see if it might have reached your Spam?

Yes of course. I even had our email admin verify logs, and the message doesn’t even arrive at the mail server. The reset prompt does recognize my email address however, as it accepts it and states a recovery email has been sent, whereas using a fake email address results in a message stating the user doesn’t exist. Our email admin also verified our DKIM/DMARC/SPF configurations are all healthy, so the site should have no issues sending email related to common email routing issues.
