Hi,

I was wondering what the best way is to configure a notification/sound when a case gets created in the soar.

Has someone already configured this in Chronicle SOAR?

How about a playbook that runs which integrates with Teams (if this is something that you use with users of Chronicle) which will message into a teams channel when a new case is created.

Or in-platform, add a task which gets assigned to user's which generates a notification at the top right
