I tried switching from "Okta" to "custom SAML provider" this morning, but Siemplify gave me an error "there was an error updating SAML settings".
I tried checking the individual logs below /var/log/siemplify/services, but couldn't find anything about it. Where would I be able to find a log telling me why it may fail?

For anyone running into this thread in the future... the problem is not in switching SAML authentication mechanisms, but only occurs when trying to disable "Just in time user provisioning". So we managed to switch our SAML mechanism in a support call with Siemplify, but recognized we can not disable the automatic user provisioning. Now that support can replay the error, it it only a matter of finding the responsible bug in the code and creating a hotfix.
