How do I remove myself from a resource?

I've already ended my Google Workspace subscription and closed my business. I thought it would be easy enough to then delete my Workspace account but it is telling me I can't delete it because I have a Cloud resource. My business isn't the owner of the Cloud resource, so I just want my business to be removed from that Cloud resource and let the owner keep the Cloud resource. How do I do that?

Thanks for your message. I no longer have a paid subscription to Google Workspace, so I've tried the Google Workspace Admin community and I got a response that suggested I try the Google Cloud community. Why do you think an issue I am having with a Google Cloud resource would fall under Google Workspace support?
