Dynamic email sending based on data

Hi!

Could somebody please advise how can I setup email sending based on the data from a table? (if it is even possible)

Example:

I have 2 tables:

Table_A:

user_email	ID
user_1@gmail.com	1
user_2@gmail.com	2

Table_B:

ID	Year	Month	Revenue
1	2021	Jan	10000
2	2019	Mar	48575
2	2020	Apr	29821
2	2021	May	309457

And I need to send the data from Table_B to the users from Table_A (and only what then need to see, not full table)

Please note:

• All users are external (they don’t have Looker account)
• And every day users can be different

Is it possible to do so?
