Check out the below tip from Kirk_Masden. Thatโs better than mine. (I posted this topic because I didnโt see his tip in search according to my searching keyword.)
Just in case you guys havenโt known.
In โDISPLAY NAMEโ of columns you need to adjust (extend), just put something like
"Column Name . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ."
or
". . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Column Name . . . . . . . . . . . . . ."
Good tip!
I have a related tip on how to use Japanese spaces to do this in a way that is invisible. Ordinary spaces get ignored but Japanese spaces donโt.
Thatโs great. I edited my post to pour all credit to you. Big thanks
Thank you!!
I have the reverse problem.
I had the perfect spacing before. not sure if something changed but i noticed
several of my apps the spacing is now too wide.
I have checked Column width and it set to narrowโฆnot sure what to do as now my app no longer fits my screen
Iโm not sure how this might be fixed by those of us who are building apps. It can be adjusted manually, however, by the user:
OMGโฆREALLYโฆi missed this lol
thank you very much
how to do that on the mobile?
Hi @Yossio ! Hereโs something that relates to the manual adjustment of column width:
You have to drag the bar separating the columns but it can be a little hard.
Thanks to both of you!!!
Any novelty about the control of the width of the columns? It is true that the user can modify the width, but when he goes to another view, when the columns return they are in the original size, and when a field must have a text that is visible for the most part, this is very annoying. Thank you so much.
