AppSheet works quite well most of the time but if you use the platform a lot, I think most of you probably come across errors or issues that prompt you to submit support tickets:

Sometimes resolutions come quickly but not always. So, you might find yourself wanting to check up on the status of your ticket via a summary like this:
The problem is that, unless I'm mistaken, the only way to access this sort of summary is to begin to submit another support ticket; the summary is displayed in the middle of the submission process. Recently, I've been starting the process of submitting support tickets just to get to this status summary. Then, I close the window without actually submitting anything so the process doesn't harm Google or AppSheet. Still, there should be an easier way. If you know of one, please share it in a comment. ๐
