I’ve seen the row’s description showing before but can’t remember where. So it might be better to put the comment in an IF() statement such as
IF(FALSE, “Row description”, “”)

From experience, yes you can, but I have not seen it in the documentation, so use carefully.
It seems that once the expression returns its expected value, Appsheet ignores anything after the expression, especially when surrounded by double quotes.
