@Emmie91 sorry to hear about your stolen phone.  Not to rub salt but for others reading, you should typically set up 3 of the 2SV options with the best being Security Token -> Authenticator -> Backup Codes.

Are you on Google Workspace because your admin can generate and send you backup codes to triage the situation: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9176734?hl=en&fl=1
