Google Workspace Data migration tool

I have a feature request for Google workspace . Can data migration tool have a feature where it can transfer data from one google account to another google account including emails,G drives,calendars all sorts for service to destination account.Currently , only emails are transferred.So that we don't have to relie on 3rd party tool.

If you are submitting a feature idea, be sure to explain the problem that you're trying to solve with the feature idea, not just the idea itself. For example, saying "when my users are trying to do 'A', they often get confused by the fact that the buttons to do 'X' and to do 'Y' look quite similar to each other, which leads to this unintended consequence" is far more likely to get fixed than a feature idea that just says "change the color of the button 'Y'".

I completely agree that it would be very helpful to have a built-in Google Workspace data migration tool that can transfer all sorts of data, including emails, calendars, and Drive files, from one Google account to another. This would definitely eliminate the need to rely on third-party tools, which can sometimes be unreliable or have security concerns.

Also I can recommend you some external 3rd party tools that can do this job easily , such as ShareGate , Gs Richcopy 360 and Goodsync . search all

You could probably use Google Workspace Migrate for this - it will migrate emails, Calender Events, and files (and a bunch of other stuff) between Google accounts or tenants, or from other sources to Google (such as Exchange). It's free, but you need to run it using your own compute infrastructure (either on-prem or cloud) so may be a bit too complex for your specific needs (but it's worth looking into it).
