Google Voice for Education

I would like to get Google Voice numbers to our teachers, but can't because we have an Education account. Is there any option? Can we pay for this service?

Yes, you can purchase Google Voice as an add-on for a Google Workspace for Education instance. Check out https://support.google.com/a/answer/9229433?hl=en for all the details.
