Hi,
I am unable to access my two google workspace accounts with 2 step verification at biotechforecasts.com domain, I already have an open ticket with google support 46317624.
I access the google support previously from one of my above mentioned account. Now I am not sure how to access google support for recovery of my accounts.
I pass the 2 step verification by using my backup codes, but next screen asking phone number to send verification code or voice call but not accepting any pone number and giving this error "This Phone Number can not be used for verification" see the attached screen shot for your reference.
Please help me in this regards thanking you in anticipation.

This might not be useful but since I can't tell if one of those accounts locked was the admin console or not, I thought I would share this article which is an article the admin can use to help an end user recover access of an account that is protected by two step verification: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9176734.
I have a phone that i formatted and i have the google password but when it asks for the 2nd verification i dont have that number anymore nore other devices previously logged into that email. ive formatted my pc and all my devices for specific reasons. i contacted my old number with no reply. How can i remove the 2nd verification without any other parties?!?!

I am experiencing an issue with two-step verification. Whenever I enter my phone number to receive the verification code, I get an error message saying, "Something went wrong." Because of this, I am unable to proceed with the verification process.
I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. Please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible. Let me know if you need any additional information.

@Julqarnaeen this is not Google Support, this is a community of fellow Google Workspace Admins.
From my experience, there are phone numbers that are not able to be used for Google 2SV. Whether they are used for other things, international numbers, a non-supported carrier, etc., I do not know. Try another number is my recommendation.
And my strong recommendation is that you should use these 4 factors in order which will not include text messaging:
#1 a Security Token such as Yubikeys
#2 A OTTP aka Authenticator App such as Google Authenticator
#3 A device push such as when you have the account on a phone and it pushes a device verification
#4 Backup Codes printed and stored in a safe place.
