All our workspace accounts have been receiving the error “There was a problem sending you a verification code.” for 3 days for 2fa sms verification. Is there a problem with this service?
This error usually indicates an issue with the 2FA service provider or a temporary outage. If it’s affecting all workspace accounts and has been ongoing for a few days, it’s best to reach out to Google Workspace support. Meanwhile, if possible, you could set up an alternative 2FA method, like using an authenticator app, to keep things running until SMS is restored.
