Need access to Admin Dashboard to add 'DKIM Record' to configuration.
IT manager left the company with no debriefings on system configuration.
All I know (?) is the admin email but no password....
What is the solution to gain access to my Workspace Admin Dashboard with no idea how Workspace was configured, setup or even time tables of implementation.
This required DKIM issue put the brakes on 'kicking the can down the road' on me coming to my Jesus moment with my system.
