Account Recovery

Strange story here, I own CPCdoctor.com, and I allowed someone to help me set some things up and gave them access to the gsuite admin console, things fell apart between us so they did everything they could to hurt me. One thing that was done was they disabled the admin accounts and no one is able to log in to workspace anymore at all. I have tried all the recovery options I can find, we're listed on the front page of google at this point and I reallly need access to it and our emails etc. I have full domain and web server access (it's all mine), please help me recover the google part of my business!

Have you already tried the options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en?

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

Yes I have, I'm not able to complete the support assisted recovery because I can't access the contact support option at login, I get this instead.

"Your Google Account was disabled by your Google Workspace administrator. Contact your administrator for help."

But I am the administrator, so two dead ends there.

So you've tried the "Option 2: If you did not set up email or phone recovery information" method at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en#zippy=%2Coption-if-you-did-not-set-up-email-or-phone... ?

(I'm not trying to be difficult, just trying to understand what you've tried already. Most folks I've seen can get their access back once they do the CNAME or TXT record changes mentioned on that page.)

Hmmm. Maybe try starting from https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/recovery/form and see if you can get any further there?
