Adding the "Approvals" option to a spreadsheet

My company uses Google spreadsheet for our timesheet capabilities and I need to add the "Approvals" option for timesheet approval of employees. It should appear once I select the "File" option.

Are you on one of the Workspace editions mentioned in italics at the start of https://support.google.com/a/answer/9381067?hl=en ? To see the approvals feature, you need to be on one of those editions.
