Adding users who speak a different language

Hello,

My native language is English and I also speak Spanish. While adding a user to my workspace it generates an introductory email with instructions and links that will be sent to the new user's existing email, and because my preferred language is English it generates this email in English. However, this new user doesn't speak English, they speak Spanish, so this introductory email isn't very useful and they can't just translate the text because the links take them to English places...

There is a "preview & send" option, and this is where I propose adding a pulldown menu to change the language in which this introductory email will be sent.

it = the non-human version of the they/them

FYI the current workaround is to switch your own language to the language of the recipient, carry out the "add new user" process in that language so that it generates the introduction email in that language and send it, and then switch your own language back to your desired language. And yes, this requires that you are competent in the recipient's language.

Dear RanchoDelSol,

I currently every semester I upload 1700 accounts for our H/S, in bulk, for now the script just not flexible, so I move my admin-portal to Spanish, then upload in bulk so they receive in spanish the welcome email.

The medium to comunicate to all 14K accounts we subscribe to a Addon MailMerge to attend the massive comunication of the school

Another workaround, purge the Google-sent messages from the mailbox (note that it can sometimes take a day or so for the messages to appear in the mailbox) and then send your own custom welcome email with GAM:
