Admin access to another admin

I’m looking for some clarification. Is it true that an admin can access another admin’s browser history, Gmail search history and read emails, and access files on the Drive that are not shared to them?

Yes, superadmins in Workspace can access the content of all users, including other admins. Two thoughts:

1) It’s a really, really bad idea to give superadmin privileges to anyone who you can’t trust to act ethically. At my work, it’s a fireable offense for us superadmins to access another user’s data without explicit permission.

2) Google offers both prebuilt and custom admin roles which allow you to delegate only specific, limited admin roles to the people who need them, without granting full superadmin access. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/2405986?hl=en.

Yes, by its very nature a super admin has complete visibility and control to perform any operations within Google Workspace.
