Hello, I'm the administrator of my Google Workspace education , and my admin account has been disabled due to an alleged violation of Google Workspace policies.
However, I have never used this account to send spam or store any content that violates Google's policies. My account is critical for managing school communications, and now Im completely locked out.
I submitted an appeal, and I received a confirmation email stating that most requests take about two business days to review.
However, I also received another email saying that my account is managed by an administrator and suggesting that I contact them. But I AM the administrator, so I have no way to restore the account myself.
My account is crucial for handling daily communication with students' parents and staff.
Questions:
Is my appeal still under review, or has it been rejected due to the “contact your admin” message?
Is there any way to escalate my case to Google Support for urgent review?
What additional steps can I take to restore my administrator account?
