Android Work Profile and Play Store problem

Hi,
After setting up android phone with both work and personal profile the Play store of work profile looks different than the of personal profile. Both should look like Personal profile's Play Store.
Removing and adding the work profile did not solve the problem.
See the attached screenshots.

Problem is that user can't install Chrome browser in work profile. 

I have work and personal profile in my own android and Play store looks the same in both profiles. 

Any ideas how to fix this?
