App Script Email Quota - Business Starter Plan

I recently created an Apps Script to send emails based on a Google Form. My account has a quota of 1,500 emails per day.  I found that the quota is still set at 100 emails per day, not the 1,500 emails per day that I expected. The account is not a free trial anymor, it is an active account from August 9th. 

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can resolve this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Ian. I don’t quite understand. Are you saying that it’s not possible to send more than 100 emails using Apps Script unless they have paid USD 100 and waited 60 days?

we are talking about the same service, aren't we?

I believe that is correct, yes, we are talking about the same service. In my experience, the method of sending--whether it's Apps Script or the Gmail web UI or a third-party email client like Thunderbird--doesn't matter, the same limits apply.
