Billed for workspace when we have no access and account recovery

I recently took over as treasurer of a small nonoprofit.   We're being billed $29 a month for Workspace but no one in our organization has access to this account.  We do control the domain through GoDaddy but no one has access to any of the Google accounts in that domain.  How can we regain access?
