I have 50+ ids and I need to migrate the email data from them all to a single google workspace id,

what is the best way to achieve this email migration with less effort

You might be able to make use of GYB (Got-Your-Back) for merging email from multiple accounts to one.  I've used it to migrate email from an Gmail account to a Group (Shared Inbox).

YES, all imported emails will be assigned labels.

Both the labels they had in the source account, but also an auto-created label indicating when it was imported. Settings you control in GYB.
