Calendar - Proposed Time Change by an Outlook user to a Calendar Invite not appearing in Gmail

Hi. A user just received a New Time Proposed email from a client using Outlook. The body of the email is blank, other than the invite.ics attachment, and the options to Accept or Reject don't show either. The email renders properly when opened in Thunderbird. Is this a known issue?

Question, how does the email look like if you login to gmail.com. Does it look the same?

I have had issues with the outlook app not downloading emails fully before.

Also, did this just happen the one time or it keeps happening many times?

I worded it incorrectly - the person changing the time is an Outlook user. The recipient on our end is using Gmail, chrome browser on a desktop. The screenshot is from the web browser.
