Is it possible to block specific users from contacting us via Chat from the Admin Console (either individually or using the pre-existing address lists we've already created)?
In the Admin Console, I've added spammers/spoofers/phishers to various address lists that are blocked from sending messages to our users in Gmail. I presumed this would block those users from communicating with our org on Chat, but, after testing, that doesn't appear to be the case. E.g. I already block badguy@gmailcom from email us, but I also want to block him from chatting with us.
