I am trying to log into my admin account but unfortunately lost access to my authenticator app. Can anyone assist? I need to pay for my subscription before my data is deleted. It keeps asking me for a Google Authenticator app code.

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.
There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

I have similar problem. Google redirects me always to this page. I want to get my business domain back and unregister with Google. I cannot ask for Support. Every time I log in, it redirects me to force me to agree and pay contract terms. Colleague in US had 14 days trial and was able to verify his business domain.
and Google also hides Privacy Policy on purpose:
You'll have to wait 14 days until a license expires on you panel.
It's happened to me.
I just subscribed today, and I cannot access my admin console, even though I try and try. Very frustrating. Don't know what to do. It's some kind of legal scam.
