Can't Open Google Slides link from Mobile

We're encountering an issue when opening the Google Slides link from Gmail when using mobile devices. Most of our team experienced this issue. Please note that the slides that we're trying to open are shared with all users however it won't open. 

The error message says "Unauthorized Error 401" 

Can you please assist in how we can sort this out?

I honestly have no idea what might be going on, but as a couple of troubleshooting steps:

1) Can your users open the same slides if they navigate to them using the Drive and Slides apps on mobile?

2) You say "Most of our team experienced this issue"--is it most, or is it all? If it's most, is there any pattern in terms of who can and who can't?
