Hey y'all, a new co-worker that was just added to our Google Workspace has a strange issue in their Google Calendar. When they use the "Meet with..." dropdown to access their co-workers' calendars, those co-workers do not appear in the dropdown list. However, if they type the co-workers email addresss fully, suddenly they do appear in the dropdown and then suddenly get access to their calendar.
This has to be some kind of workspace setting, right? Anyone that could point me in the right direction?

Your reply was very useful and seems to pretty much solve our issue! It was related to the Directory visibility setting, which was disabled due to Contact sharing being OFF.
I also wasn't aware that the "Meet with..." dropdown had a specific logic for who to show (contacts or people you've used Google services with in the past). The combination of the two articles you linked finally made me understand what's going on.
