Cancelling a Gsuite Account with only charge information from bank?

Issue at hand is I need to cancel a Gsuite account as I do not use it and it keeps charging me on a monthly basis. However, the only information I have is that from my bank/card. I do not know which GSuite account email, password, or username this is charge is associated with.

I try to fill out forms or get on the phone with someone but It is very challenging to get any information without logging into the aforementioned account or atleast knowing the account email, password/login credentials.  

Any help would be great.
