Cannot open 'Email' page in Admin

I am logged in to Admin.Google.com and clicked on my User Name. Under my organizational unit, I click on 'Email'. A new page opens with my email address in the address bar but nothing else. The page is blank.

I've cleared the cache, signed in and out twice to be sure and tried with the same negative result in an Incognito page.

What I am trying to do is alter my signature block for future emails.
