Cannot sign in to admin to cancel my Workspace subscription

Could you help me resolve this issue with Google or connect me with someone who can help?
 
I am having an issue with a Google Workspace subscription. I signed up for the trial period and thought I canceled the subscription, but now I am seeing charges on my bank card for the Google Workspace subscription that I do not use. I checked my Google accounts in which I can log in and there are no subscriptions.
 
I see some pages that tell me that I need to log in to admin.google.com to cancel the Workspace subscription, but the admin page does not allow me to log in. See the attached screenshot below. Both account buttons do not work. Just nothing happens when I click them.

I asked a Google engineer how to resolve the issue, but her advice did not help. So I do not know what to do. Please, advise.

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

Thanks for responding quickly. I checked the link that you sent me.

Even though I had access to myaccount.google.com before, I recovered my admin access. It leads me to myaccount.google.com again. The list of subscriptions is empty there, but Google keeps charging me for Workspace.  

Access to admin.google.com was not recovered.

Try visiting the website of google admin directly and log in with your Google credentials.

@alphara Cancel the bank card might be easiest... Shrug, KAM
