Could you help me resolve this issue with Google or connect me with someone who can help?
I am having an issue with a Google Workspace subscription. I signed up for the trial period and thought I canceled the subscription, but now I am seeing charges on my bank card for the Google Workspace subscription that I do not use. I checked my Google accounts in which I can log in and there are no subscriptions.
I see some pages that tell me that I need to log in to
admin.google.com to cancel the Workspace subscription, but the admin page does not allow me to log in. See the attached screenshot below. Both account buttons do not work. Just nothing happens when I click them.
I asked a Google engineer how to resolve the issue, but her advice did not help. So I do not know what to do. Please, advise.
