If user changed license from GWS to Cloud Identity Free. I want know about data in Gmail will disappear as well or not? If not disappear, How long is hold data in gmail period?

Cloud Identity Free has a *very* limited feature set and use case in the context of Workspace. If you assign a Cloud Identity license to a user and remove the Workspace license from that same user, the user will no longer be a Workspace user and as such, will lose all main features like Gmail. There is no specified hold period. I would assume Google would treat this like any other deleted Workspace user and data will be removed within a very short timeframe.
To keep the data, I would recommend you purchase Google Workspace Archive User licenses from Google and assign the user one of those. This will make sure all data is kept.
