Please check why the email signature link was changed on the malware website.

Kindly check also who are the specific people who click the unsolicited link and how to prevent these attacks.

My recommendation to prevent any sort of intervene in your mail delivery and to make it secure is to have a valid SPF and DKIM records in place along with a DMARC Reject or Quarantine policy.
